2 basic flashes rim lights to complement SB900?

Hi, as second flash units many will recommend the YN560ii or the YN565EX, but thereis a new YN560 model, YN560EX who is preaty much like the YN560/565 as for power and recycle times, but can also get iTTL from Nikon/Canon controllers .

It costs about 30$-35$ more than the YN560II, but I think this updrage worth the extra bucks.
