Choose new FZ 47

Thank you. The movie part isn't of much interest to me. I rarely use it. I've seen great photos from SX 40 from my granddaughter and on here. I have Canon G11 which is great camera, but not superzoom of course. I also have Panasonic ZS 5 that is good pocketable travel zoom (300 max.) I'vebeen thinking of SX 40 as closeout prices are announced. Appreciate your help.
