Completely Freaked Out!

So, I use the EOS 60D and Light Room. I was just on vacation and took over 1600 photos and LR was taking forever to give me previews, not to mention the actual import of all the images. So for giggles I updated my Canon Digital Pro software to the latest version and not only did I get faster previews, no "loading" for over a minute but amazing color!!!!

I've been using LR since it's conception and never used DPP. Wow, there is a huge, amazing difference. I'm completely overwhelmed, so much that i had to write this post.

Any one else? I will attempt to post some examples....
