Is there a different in DOF on DX vs FX, because of the size of the chip?

Sometimes I think it is difficult to get "everything" in focus which the compact camera with a smaller ship can do in many more situations.

If so, is the different in DOF DX vs FX big?

Wow - many different answers. I thought the question was easy

I'm a little confused anbout so many different answers.

I think the market for full-frame will change because of the prices (the D600 is a start) and a lot of people will switch to FX.
