As Bob says it's a compromise in IQ, especially compared to FF. THe question is whether it matters. My sense is that OMD is more than good enough for a wide range of applications. What you shoot specifically should dictate your choices. The Nikon D600 looks appealing for the price point, though you'd need to sell some dx lenses for the FF equivalents, picking up say a 24, 50 and 85 nikkor primes in addition to your 80-200.

If you go Oly you could go
EM5
12-35
45/1.8
75/1.8
FL600R
Battery grip
spare batteries

With this kit you get a capable, lightweight setup, but it also costs over $4K. It's superb stuff for sure, and the glass is excellent. Nothing here will hold you back. For about the same money or a bit more you can get a D600, 24/2.8, 50/1.5, 85/1.8, and keep your 80-200 and nikon flashes. So there's the tradeoff right there. You can get something similar for a little more with better IQ, but a lot more weight and bulk.

Renting an EM5 is probably a good idea at this point. It's a big decision and specs only go so far in telling what you need to know. Ergonomics and handling are important too.
