D7000 Noise

Hi all. Please tell me if I am crazy but I have been noticing some noise in our photos taken on our D7000 and I wanted to get some opinions. This shot was taken straight out of the camera. It was shot on the 50mm 1.4 with an ISO of 500, at f4, 1/160. Does it seem noisy to anyone or I am just being way too critical?
