What now for Canon?

• shift some marketing money to R&D for a new SENSOR that IMPROVES read noise/dr

• stop crippling less expensive cameras in terms of features, hdmi out!

• stop increasing their prices for sequal products, less revolutionary, more expensive is what they do now.

But I love using canon. I only worry about this when i read this site

But I am not buying anything from them until they inspire me again, which nikon seems to do now.

I am sure Canon is not interested in keeping me personally, BUT it seems many many people feel this way.

I very much like the attitude of the interviewed Nikon Spokeman: they don't want to cripple things and they think features should be there! If the target audience research shows they need it or not! That's VISION.
