A99 & Lens Firmware

Well maybe I didn't communicate my thoughts properly. Previously I hadn't even thought about a lens having firmware but it makes sense considering that they are chipped. I couldn't imagine Sony providing a firmware update for non Sony lenses, he clearly stated that it would be in the lens. I had lenses more like the 16-35cz that is not on the current list in mind.
