Actual dimensions and mass of D7000 vs. D600 vs. D300s

According to http://www.camerasize.com , the D600 is closer to the D300 in size (width and height) than to the D7000 - except for mass and depth, of course. Note that the volume is an approximate value which is not exactly correct - I only calculated HxWxD, which exaggerates the actual displacement volume (The higher view finder box of the FF D600 plays a role here). The D600 is closer in mass to the D7000 though, which is also not a bad thing.

Model:................D7000........Δ...........D600.......Δ........D300s
Height:................105...........8...........113.........1..........114
Width (mm):........132...........9...........141.........6..........147
Depth (mm):.........77............5............82........-8............74
Mass (g):.............780..........7............850........88.........938
Volume (dm3):..1.067.......0.239......1.306.....-0.066.....1.240

Please excuse the many dots, but it is not possible to paste a table in here and spaces and underscores did not work - not even uploading an Excel table as a .jpg image to my gallery :-(.

I am looking at the D600 as a FF solution for portraits, studio and landscapes - I do not need high frame rates and 51 focus points for that. Based on the excellent DxO score for the D600 image quality, it should do the trick.
