What CHDK normally allows is up to 64 second shutter delay, which would permit full exposure at the (better quality, obviously) ISO 100 setting. So from that point of view, the crippling limitation is not on the ISO, but on the Tv setting. CHDK fixes that, and it's very easy to override. Would apply to SX40 and likely should apply to this new model.
