I'd avoid the set made of ABS (plastic), however, that page has a link to a slightly more expensive set with metal mounts :

These look to be identical to a set I have that were badged by a UK company called Jessops. I've used them on the 100mm f2.8 Macro lens and also individual tubes on my 200mm f2.8L USM to reduce the minimum focus distance for larger insects such as dragonflies. I've found them to be reliable (although not engineered as well as the Kenko tubes).
