I might consider a tighter crop along the top and bottom - key word is "might"

I'd probably clone out the birds (between the blades of the prop) as they look more like specks of dirt than birds

There seems to be a fair bit of glare off the glass that perhaps a polarizer might have reduced or eliminated.
