NSFW (nudity) - D800 + 24-120 f4 in studio

I recently tried out my wife's new D800 while busy with a studio shoot, and processed the shot in PS to give a "Black Chrome" (for lack of a better description) rendering.
The D800 works lovely but my wife does not want to swap it for my D700
