Adobe photoshop sharping for the 7D

I wonder if anyone could give me some pointers about sharping in Adobe photshop CS6 I use a 7D with zero sharping set in the camera, I take jpegs and shoot landscapes, I notice that with the camera set at zero sharp the pics need some sharping. what would be a good amount,radius,threshold to set for this? thanks....Philip
