Workflow to remove bags under eyes of bride

Thanks so much for your advice everyone!

I shot this wedding as a favour to a friend - normally I shoot wildlife and sports which require minimal PP, so thanks for all your input - this forum is so much more helpful than the Canon forums I normally frequent. I have at least 20 similar photos to process, so hopefully my technique will improve soon.

Most of my portraits at 85mm were shot at 1.4 or 1.6 because I really like the dreamy look when it works, although I find success rather hit or miss. On reflection, if I shoot another wedding, I'll stop down to at least 2.0 or 2.8 to improve my keeper rate...
