RX100 "blinged" out ..how Sony should have done it?

Are you saying the pictures are night and day difference with the grip? Or night and day difference from your NEX? Sorry, I wasn't clear on that.

Also, can you elaborate a bit on how you attached the grip? Did you cut the vinyl? Attach grip over the vinyl?
