5N or 6

I am planning on going back to the Nex system, I had a Nex 3 that I gave to my son.

I am wondering what the feelings are on which is most important to Nex users.

Tilting LCD and touchscreen vs the EFV on the 6. When I had the Nex 3 I found the tilting LCD a necessity here in Arizona with the bright sun to take a photo outside.

I am thinking the touchscreen might be nice to use. The reason behind this question is the great price being offered on the Ne 5N at this time.

I am just wondering how much use the EFV would actually get with the 6.

I have a 6 week old X10 in for repair for the 2nd time, I am leery of Fuji quality at this point.
