Nope, I've used the camera's sensor cleaning feature more times than I can count in the last few days, and the speck is still there in the same spot as I initially noticed it. I think I'll take my 5N to a local camera shop and have them evaluate it, and if they verify that the culprit is behind the glass, I'll contact Sony for a repair.
