For shooting stills, is there any benefit to GH3 vs G5?

They both seem to be using the same sensor and processor, and have the same settings for stills. The major advantages to the GH3 over the G5 seem to be mainly for video, and a couple of ergonomic points.

So, am I missing something else in the comparison of the two, or is the lower-priced G5 the better value for those who shoot mainly stills, and only shoot video for occasional camcorder-like material?
