Actually, this should be a note of professionalism. One would think you may want to protect your image as a DJ for future gigs. If a couple was considering you for a gig and found something like this, they might think otherwise.

No scolding, no judging, no negativity. I'm just trying to make a comment from another viewpoint.

Maybe that's funny, but... Hope you don't mind me wondering:

Did those people ask you to post pictures of their wedding? If not and if you were the hired DJ on that wedding, aren't you at the very least abusing their trust?

I have every right to post the photos. I signed no agreement telling me I could not take or post images. What about all the guests that took photos and posted on facebook that evening? Did they have the right or is that different?

I actually know the bride and she is more than happy for me to post. You could argue this with ANY picture you post of a person!

Stop being such busy bodies!

I can tell you that my very first thoughts were: I would have a problem if i.e. a hired DJ were to post any pictures of i.e. my daughter's wedding. I'd wonder what business the DJ would have taking pics in the first place too. And that DJ would worry about staying in business.

Actually my first thought was the same thing.

The shots look very candid, and I was wondering if the couple gave person to have these shots posted on a photography forum.
