GH2 focus/sharpness problem? Newly discovered bug?

I bought my gh2 a year ago, and since never taken no more than 20 images because it doesn't seem to keep my image in focus or sharp. It lacks that instant capture. There seems to be a second of delay in image capture, but when it captures, the image is out of focus or not as sharp. Anyways, 4 days ago I was playing with two 50mm manual legacy lenses with adapter, all set at F2.0 and F2.8, A-MODE on and have the ISO in AUTO, and to my surprise all of the 48 images were in focus or sharp. The shutter speeds were in range of 100 to 250. The subject, my friend and all in portrait style. I did this test before when I first got my GH2 with the same setting and setup.
Now I cannot replicate that crystal clear sharpness! Is there a shutter bug, a shutter vibration? I had tried resetting and pulling out the battery. Even with native M43 lenses, the GH2 has delays in image capture, but does better in sharpness. I shoot mainly video.
Even my Sony HVX9 pos takes better picture
