Buying into Alpha

I'm thinking that the A99 may potentially be the best FF SLR for someone who has both APS-C and FF lenses, provided that the viewfinder image seamlessly switches as needed. No word on that yet though.

Why use APS-C lenses at all? Because you'll still get around 16 mp, you may already own the lenses, and the added weight + cost of switching entirely to FF glass might not always make a lot of sense.
