There are plenty of older lenses that could be used if you want f32. The old Pentax 50mm f4 macro and 100mm f4 macro are examples.

In general if you want to photograph very small objects (macro or micro-photography) the effects of diffraction will limit the depth of field available.
There are two ways round this problem:
-use of multi exposure stacking techniques
-where appropriate, use an electron microscope
