12-35 is a terrible lens?

If I remember correctly, the picture was taken during the time around noon. It's possible that there is a reflection from the building across the street, or perhaps a very reflective vehicle like a truck or large bus was passing through. I have taken this picture with other cameras on different dates and at different times of the day. I will research it.
