When I know I want to change my camera, I spend a lot of time researching.

When I have my new purchase, I stop and play but also post about it here for a while and then I go a bit dormant until my next 'I want' moment.

Unfortunately in the years that I have been here, I have made too many purchases and system jumps and been too gear driven (and my photography is no better). A mistake that I have only really come to properly appreciate recently, although that does rather coincide with a point in the life of digital photography in which most cameras can be easily described as very good.
