Olympus XZ-1 discontinued (XZ-2 coming soon)

1. Oly has gone the Panny way, isn't it, with the sensor reduced to 1/1.7" size?

2. Will that affect IQ given it still has the same glass but a "better" sensor?

3. I would think that if video improves at the expense of degrading IQ, it would have been a step backwards.... it is after all, a digi cam first and foremost
