Will Pentax have repairs stand at Photokina? I want my SDM lens fixed

This is correct. However, in this case it is not a broken camera, but consistent SDM failures in different lenses due to presumably bad engineering or manufacturing. This will not stimulate me to buy another lens from the same manufacturer, unless I am sure that it is bug-free.

I doubt that I will buy the FF Pentax (body and - most important - lenses) any soon. The Pentax SDM story does not look good. It would be fair if Pentax Ricoh acknowledge the issue and get the problem lenses fixed at no charge. I would also accept if I am offered an option to switch to the screwdriver AF in my faulty lens.
