telephoto options for wildlife.

I have the 300 f4 AFS & it is a great lens & handles the Nikon 1.4 TC very well. I think when you get to the exotic lenses stick with the Nikon brand as they are the superior glass. I also have the Nikon 400 VRII f2.8 & I can tell you that the 300 offers close to results. If you choose Nikon for the glass than this is the way to go. I'm not saying that Sigma is bad, I just like the Nikon glass & think it is a better choice.
