If selling a D700 w/ 6500 shutter count?

I just bought exactly the same D700 setup with grip, 6K shutter count and 3 batteries for $1875 (also came with extended warranty and remote cable). This was 1 week before D600 was announced. Now that it's been announced I'd probably do it for $100 less.
