Constant iPhone 5 ad when logging onto Safari

Under Mountain Lion, Safari will remember and reloads the last site you were at when you quit Safari. You can alter this behavior in System Preferences General by checking "Close windows when quitting applications" or by holding the option key down when you quit Safari or other apps.

This might be what is happening.
