Nikon D600 - What now, Sigma?

...Extinction perhaps?

Lets face it, unless Sigma can instantly pull a fully sorted full frame Foveon sensor out of their preverbial hat, wack it in a SD1/SD1M style body (with perhaps an added sexy curve here and there, to match those of the competition), give it top notch electronics, better AF , better battery life and market it for D600 money or less, they might as call it quits in the DSLR market!

Its not just Sigma that will suffer from the D600 barrage...Even Canon sales will suffer...Especially as they haven't even been able to field a valid competitor to the D800, let alone the D600...Rest assured, every single one of Nikons competitors will be having lots of sleepless nights right now.
