Error when installing Firmware 2.0.3

Hello All,

I am getting an error when trying to install Firware 2.0.3 on my 7D.
The error code is "02 Unable to connect to external data"

I have downloaded the firmware twice, checked file size and everything seems to be OK. I am using EOS Utility to do the install & have done this twice with previous firmware version without any problems.
Any ideas what might be wrong?

I had installed 2.0.0 with no problems & have not been impacted by any of the potential issues with that version of firmware, but want to update to ensure that everything stays OK for an overseas trip in two weeks time.

Any ideas/suggestions greatly appreciated.
