Your post made me experiment a bit, my tt1 mini in hot shoe seems to work fine with sc-29 on top firing sync corded sb800 and remote flex 5/sb800 in full ttl with no sync speed restrictions. SB800 is set to master on sync cord to control remote speedlights. What pocket wizards are you using. I assume sync cord is for flash bracket ? I’ll be waiting to see what PW says about D600 support

Thanks! You are correct that I could use sync cord adapter and the TTL cord. However I cannot use both a sync shoe adapter and the TTL cord on top of my camera because i use a flip bracket and the height of both cords would be too high and prevent the camera from rotating without hitting the side of the bracket.

I use the pocket wizard Plus II to fire the remote flash and that cord is plugged into the PC cord socket of the camera. The TTL cord controls the on bracket flash.

So I think the D600 is out for me.
