Missing the point...
In reply to TimK5, Sep 15, 2012

If the only thing you seen in u4/3 is size and weight, then you've missed the point by a wide margin. There are widely varying u4/3 cameras that are small and light. Buy one of those.

For me, I prefer the GH2/3's superior handling and video quality combined with very good to great still quality. And like many of us, I moved from a heavy, bulky DSLR.

I you want a big, heavy DSLR, go for it. If your missing the point of the u4/3 system, then ask questions and learn.

Dan.

What is Panasonic trying to achieve? Trying to turn a m43 cam into a fat ass DSLR?

The only to buy m43s is the small size and weight. It could be a fatal move to sacrifice the only USP!

Why would anybody buy a DSLR sized cam with inferior performance (in particular sensor performance). Beats me...
