Can u explain please.
Regards Andrew

My guess is probably just one photo of the bride and groom because in the end, that is what the wedding is the start of their life together. All the candid photos of attendees are fun to look at once... but in the end the photos they will look back on are ones of them.

@ RedFox88, You are quite right.

I have to explain that I'm not a "wedding photographer", and I wouldn't accept any wedding. I've done portraits, posters, record and book covers and my own personal stuff. This is the way I work.

Lately I rarely use photographs as an end product, I use them as reference for a painting. I find that "oil paints" allow me to get closer to my vision.

I'm sorry, I imagine my experience is not very useful for a more traditional photographer. But I'm quite sure that my good friends that focus more on traditional photography, would agree that in most cases "less is more".

I suppose that a nice album for the couple, not forgetting to include close family and friends. Something to tell the wedding as a nice story.

Then maybe the couple would like to have some photos of the guests they can give out as a remember of the occasion.

I'm sure there are many here more qualified than me to give advice. I imagine in the end it's the client who decides. So having different options seems to me a good idea.

But me personally I doubt I've ever handed out more than half a dozen. If they wanted more they could always contract a photographer specialized in weddings, and in some occasions they have. Some are still good friends.
