Does the SONY RX1 have image stabilization?

During the "Steady Shot (r)" mode

RX1 will switch its field of view from 35 to 37 mm
which results in using about 90% of the 24Mp sensor for capturing video/images

and using remaining 10% for moving an active frame across the sensor during handshake.
