It's just diffraction

There's nothing wrong with camera or lens.

Light goint throught small slits will diffract. Where two blades join acts as a small slit that causes diffaction of light. That is normal when one uses very small apertures and can be minimized when lenses have rounded blades.
The numbers of rays is related to the number of blades (twice the number of blades IIRC)
