it's definitely not the A99 sensor because the A99 sensor has built in PDAF. It could be a stripped down version of that sensor though. Or possibly a updated version of the old A900 sensor.
But I also wouldn't be surprised if it's a new Aptina sensor as well. I don't think anyone will know for a while.
