Sony A99 only 24 megapixel? What happen to 30+ megapixel?

Decision already made. I can get Sony's 14bit Raw 36 megapixel sensor in a Nikon right now, today, instead of waiting another year with nothing but a big silent MAYBE from Sony, and a written guarantee it will be attached to a pi** poor viewfinder, if it ever materializes at all! It should be plain to everyone now that if you want Sony's best and latest sensor as quickly as possible, buy a Nikon. VERY stupid on Sony's part.

I've had it with Sony. If they won't give me what I need, I'll get it elsewhere.
