Nik Color Efex 4 and other Nik products

Thanks all. OP here. Even though I had LR and PS installed, in LR the CEFX 4 did not install as an EDIT IN option. I did contact NIK for support to understand why.

I would be willing to use the Nik suite, specifically CEFX 4 under LR as long as it maintains its functionality. But considering that PS supports plugins more effectively, I was concerned that you could not stack filters, use recipes, and use CEFX 4 or other Nik products to their true capabilities.

That begs the question on the bundle. Can you use the LR only version at $299 list or to be effective do you need to go to the Ultimate Edition.
