K-5 IIs --what is best lens for landscape photography?
Sep 12, 2012

Thinking about buying the new K-5 IIs. Need advice from Pentax people. What do you think is the best prime lens for landscape photography? Any really good 35mm-equiv. to 50mm equiv. ones that you would recommend? Would like to be able to make very sharp 11x14 prints.

Also, I find myself taking a lot of pictures in low light, with my XZ-1... it has a nice bright f1.8 lens, but over ISO 400, ouch.

No sports or action.

And -- is there anything bad about dropping the AA filter for landscape photos? Should make for sharper prints?
