No, it would seem the PrimeII chip doesn't support this. It's part of the functions in the newer PrimeM chip. Why didn't Pentax include this newer chip then? Well, unconfirmed consensus would indicate that the PrimeM chip is 12bit RAW only, whereas the PrimeII is 14bit RAW as required by the K-5 and successors.
