did someone use YONGNUO Speedlite YN560

Hi,
I am looking to buy inexpensive manual flash.
Did someone use this YONGNUO Speedlite YN560?

Also, I have YONGNUO RC-603 triggers, it seemed like they locked my cameras when I used them for extensive shooting during Bar Mitzvah. First my 7D dial stopped working and AF later on was down, I switched to 5dmk3 and locked my dial too. I come home and removed batteries from my cams and they seem to work as they should again, but something strange happen... I don't think I will use the their transceivers anymore, but curious how the flash is.
Quality/recycle time?
