Wireless flashes - worth buying, and which?

I'm learning t use flash for portraits both in street photography but also for studio. I've not heard of the d-lite kit you mention and had thought Olympus epl1 was rather limited on the flashes that they are compatible with hence the thought that I needed to select between the Fl50r and fl36r. Do you have a link that you could send me for the d-lite kit.
