Strange banding with OM-D, no probs upside down!

This seems to be a known problem. My camera had the same issue during my holidays in London !!!

• red banding in landscape orientation

• which disappear in portrait orientation

• which get horrible bad in portrait orientation shutter button downside (it was so bad that even the autofocus refused to work with this banding "noise")

I found three other people in different forum threads, appended my case in the german "www.systemkamera-forum.de".

I sent it to olympus germany for warranty repair last week and got the camera back today.

No repair description from olympus, so I have to cross fingers that the issue will not appear again ...
