Canon 7d - view finder

Hi,

I recently bought a canon 7d and have been using it for few weeks. few days back when i was shooting in bright light, I noticed, there is a hair like line in the view finder top center area and a dot in the right top corner. I tried swapping lens, but the marks were visible in any lens. I checked the images, and they didnt seem to have any such marks. tried to clean it up, using lens cleaning kit, But didnt work. I still have 30 day refund period, and thinking of exchanging it. Is this common issue in 7D? Should I just ignore instead of bothering to change the camera.
