The more I look at it, the more I like it. I like the ratio of light vs. shadow. A touch of softening of her skin might look good, but it also looks lovely as is. Her hair looks wonderful. The only thing that doesn't necessarily fit is the excess of mascara she's wearing for this style of portrait.

The second one is more dramatic. The colours and lighting look good to me. Lightening her clothing in select areas would add more definition. If you use rational thought, you find she looks uncomfortable in that pose, but lots of fashion/models appear that way. I can't quite comprehend why people want that. A natural bearing and expression can deliver an inviting, personal appeal--to remind us that these models are genuine people.
