switch brands ?

I have only one DX lens; the Sigma 18-50mm f2.8. I recently purchased a Nikon 24-70mm f2.8 for my FX transition, but I can still use it on my DX D200 Camera. I have a lot of equipment and this is the only change required to move to FX.
