K5: why would you 'upgrade' from this?

I would upgrade for the following:

1) Better and accurate AF, especially in low light
2) More AF points
3) Always visible AF points
4) Better rear LCD screen
5) Faster processing engine.
6) Same exact body as the K5 (it is perfect).
