THanks for sharing.
I found these images to be, on the whole, pretty average. Just my opinion. (The best for me was the bird with the Sid Viscous look).
One tip I would offer - try to see what the light is doing. Most of the animals have their face in the shade. For example, with the Koala's, you could have waited until the bear had it's face in the sun, and then metered off it's face.
It's a good lens though. It should serve you well.
